1. Who we are

COREZERO (“we”, “us”) operates the website and related services at https://corezero.site, including the optional Android APK that loads the same web application.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run accounts and the daily participation protocol.

• Account data: email address, username, password hash (we never store plaintext passwords).
• Optional referral code you enter at registration, and the referral code we assign to you.
• Protocol activity: daily participation records, balances, boost/referral ledger entries, and related timestamps.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request metadata used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and security logs.
• Session data: authentication cookies / tokens required to keep you signed in.
• If you use Google sign-in: profile identifiers and verified email provided by Google for authentication.
• If you use password reset: email address and a short-lived one-time code delivered by email.

3. How we use data

• Create and secure your account.
• Operate daily recording, internal CORE accounting, referrals, and related protocol features.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and automated attacks.
• Send transactional email for password reset (not marketing).
• Maintain transparency pages and operational integrity of the protocol.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may use infrastructure providers strictly to host the application, database, email delivery, and CDN. Those processors only receive what is required to provide the service.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

5. Retention

Account and ledger records are retained while your account remains active and as needed to operate the protocol, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

You may request account-related deletion or correction by emailing the privacy contact below. Some ledger and security records may be retained where necessary for integrity, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

6. Your choices and requests

• Contact privacy@corezero.site to request access, correction, or deletion of personal account data.
• You may close your session at any time by signing out.
• You may change your password from the authenticated account area when available.

7. Security

We use industry-standard controls such as hashed passwords, HTTPS, origin checks on mutating requests, and rate limiting. No online service is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
